Tiger Hat by Rebecca Fox uses 1 skein of Burly Spun Handpaint shown in color 330. You will need #15 16" circular needles, #15 DPN and markers.
Cast on 45 stitches. Place marker and join, being careful not to twist. Knit every round for 6". Begin decreases, changing to DPN when necessry.
Decrease rounds Round 1 (K7, K2tog) 5 times (40 stitches) Round 2 and all even rounds - Knit Round 3 (K6, K2tog) 5 times (35 stitches) Round 5 (K5, K2tog) 5 times (30 stiches) Round 7 (K4, K2tog) 5 times (25 sitches) Round 9 (K3, K2tog) 5 times (20 sts) Round 11 (k2, K2tog) 5 times (15 sts) Round 13 (k1, K2tog) 5 times (10 sts) Round 15 (ktog) 5 times (5 stitches) Round 16 K Cut yarn and pull remaining stitches through. Pull up tight and secure. Weave in ends.
